Voted one of the coolest outdoor cinema events in the UK by Red Bull, Celluloid Sail was an open air screening of Wes Anderson’s cult classic The Life Aquatic on the magical tall-ship Kaskelot. Audiences watched the ship transform into an expanded cinema, with aerial circus performance high in the ship’s rigging, and projected archive footage on the ship’s sails.
Celluloid Sail was a touring production as part of the BFI’s Britain on Film season.
